What are the different steps of making a private label detailing product? (GOLD PACKAGE)
1. Formulation - While we have several formulations of each type of product, we are able to do custom formulations if you see fit. There is a small fee of $ 100 for custom formulations, which is refundable when you place your private label order exceeding 2 drums worth of product. If you choose to go with one of our standard formulas, we do not charge any extra. Once a formula is chosen we can proceed to the next step!
2. Mixing / Blending - This step involves mixing chemicals to create our master formula of the desired product, whether it be a soap, wax, ceramic etc. This is where our excellence is top tier. We take quality control and consistency of our product more serious than any other company in the industry. We carefully weigh out and double check our measurements of each raw material before it is added, checking on a chart that the items were completed properly. Additionally we always ensure that cross contamination from other formulas is never a concern.
3. Filling - Filling is one of the most important parts of the process because this is where the aesthetic of your product really comes into play. Whether it be the filling, capping or labeling, we want to ensure everything goes smoothly because this is the creation of your product that your customer will ultimately see. we ensure all bottles are filled to the exact level that is mentioned on the bottle. IE 16 oz.
4. Boxing - In the final step, we box your products into tight cardboard boxes so as to ensure your product or bottles don't move around. We ensure triggers or fill packaging are in the box and prepare the order for shipment!
