Whether you choose to bottle automotive chemical products at your home or local business, there is simple bottling equipment that will make your life easier when transferring product from 55 gallon drums to your packaging of choice. 

Drum Pump for Liquids - This item is a must have if you purchase drum(s) of detailing chemicals and are trying to bottle it yourself. This is a one-stop-ship product that you can use to pump out products such as soaps, degreasers, acids, all purpose cleaners etc. We recommend getting one for each product as we don't recommend cross contaminating between different products unless you plan on cleaning them before each product!   

 Special 5 Gallon Buckets - These buckets come with lids and you will find these very handy when transferring product into smaller containers from your 55 gallon drum. These come with Lids to prevent any contaminants from contaminating your product. Additionally these are HDPE which is a requirement for most detailing chemicals. Don't skimp out on these and get some cheapo one. You will use these for mixing your own dilution ratio's from concentrated products such as air fresheners, degreasers, all purpose cleaners etc. 

 

Pneumatic Liquid and Paste filling machine - This machine is ideal if you have a little extra money to spend and want something that will quickly fill large volumes of bottles, whether it be thicker or more viscous car care products. 

 

Drum Cradle - This drum cradle is a back saver! This helps you move the drum about your garage or office in a safe and efficient manner. We use this all the time at our facility for moving completed drums around. 

Drum Faucet  - This drum faucet is used to screw into the top of the drum, after doing that you can use the drum cradle above to tilt over the drum to allow the solution inside to pour out into smaller packaging such as bottles etc.
